Cooperation Agreement between Suelopetrol, c.a., s.a.c.a. and 3DGeo Inc. 

July 1999, Recently 3DGeo Inc., an American corporation located in California, U.S.A., and Suelopetrol, c.a., s.a.c.a., a Venezuelan company widely known in the national private oil sector, signed an agreement of cooperation to interchange products and services.

Suelopetrol's president Henrique Rodirguez Guillen said that, among others, the most relevant benefits are the development of capacity for executing three-dimensional processing of geologically complex areas of Venezuela, and the use of three-dimensional tomographic inversion to improve the velocity determination in those areas. The agreement will allow special training for Suelopetrol personnel and our clients will be able to access and use a state-of-the-art technology in seismic processing.

Dimitri Bevc, president of 3DGeo, said that seismic and imaging is a complex technical problem that requires a specialized knowledge and skills that 3DGeo is prepare to offer in conjunction with Suelopetrol.
